5. Delivery & Installation
We deliver and install stock tank pools, tubs, and accessories across Australia in areas where we have active distributors. Delivery and installation dates are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather, supply chain disruptions, or site access issues.
It is your responsibility to ensure there is safe and adequate access to your property for delivery and installation. Any specific site requirements or limitations must be disclosed prior to delivery. If you fail to provide a suitable site, additional charges may apply for delays or re-delivery.
Where installation is carried out by you or a third-party (not by Terra Tanks or its authorised agents), we accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or non-compliance arising from such installation.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only available if a product is faulty, defective, or not as described, as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If you believe there is a major fault or issue with your product or service, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery or installation. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, arrange for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with ACL.
To request a return or claim, you must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We reserve the right to inspect the product or request photos before determining eligibility for a remedy.
7. Installation & DIY/Third-Party Work
If you choose to install the pool, tub, or accessories yourself, or hire your own contractor, you accept all risks and responsibilities associated with the installation and future use.
Terra Tanks and Stock Tank Pools Australia are not responsible for any injury, property damage, or non-compliance that may result from improper installation, failure to follow provided instructions, or installation by unauthorised third parties.
We strongly recommend that all plumbing and electrical work is performed by appropriately licensed professionals and that all installations comply with relevant Australian Standards and local council requirements.
8. Compliance, Council Approvals, and Pool Fencing
You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, council approvals, and for ensuring your pool or tub meets ongoing compliance with relevant fencing, safety, and installation regulations in your area.
We provide general guidance on compliance, but this does not constitute legal advice and may not cover all local requirements.
Terra Tanks is not liable for any fines, penalties, or losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

9. Warranty, Support & Disclaimers
Due to the variable nature of backyard and water conditions, and the importance of correct ongoing care, no manufacturer’s warranty is offered on our stock tank pools and tubs. The lifespan and appearance of your pool or tub depend on proper installation, use, and maintenance as described in our care guide.
We provide every customer with a Pool Care Guide and access to ongoing support for product care and maintenance.
To the extent permitted by law, all express or implied warranties, representations, or guarantees not expressly stated in these Terms are excluded. Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Terra Tanks, Stock Tank Pools Australia, and their employees, agents, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or damage to property.
